Pricing FAQs
Can I change my monthly membership?
Monthly memberships can be changed without a change or termination fee. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next payment date by emailing Info@hardcandydancestudio.com.

What is the late-cancel or no-show policy?
All memberships, class packages and drop-ins are subject to our late-cancel and no-show policy. A $10 late-cancel/no-show fee may apply, and class-package holders may also lose the class from their package.
Can I pause my membership?
We understand that life happens. Members may pause their membership for up to two consecutive months, once during their contract term.
Is there a fee if I cancel my membership early?
There is no early termination fee. Cancellation must be completed before the start of your next billing cycle. Classes and membership charges are not refunded after billing. A $10 fee applies to late payments.

• All recurring memberships and class packages require an active payment method on file.
• Classes included with the Hard Candy 5 and Hard Candy 8 memberships do not roll over to the following month if unused.
